Quantigo AI is hiring a Community and Resource Intern for a three-month hybrid internship in Uttara, Dhaka (three days in office, two days from home), Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm, reporting to the Delivery Manager. The intern helps recruit and onboard freelance data annotators, maintains a database of remote freelancers and matches them to data annotation, LLM and LiDAR projects.

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding freelance data annotators to expand the global talent pool
• Maintain an organized database of remote freelancers, tracking skills, experience and project preferences
• Stay informed about ongoing projects to match freelancers with project requirements
• Support the rotation and placement of freelancers across data annotation, LLM and LiDAR projects
• Maintain regular communication with the freelancer community to keep them active and engaged
• Assist with day-to-day community management and administrative support

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in any discipline
• Fluent in English and Bangla to communicate with international and local annotators
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in the AI industry, data annotation or community management
