Quantigo AI, a data annotation company serving AI teams worldwide, is looking for an HR Recruitment and Employer Brand Executive to drive its recruitment efforts and make the company an employer of choice. The role covers hiring plans for local and international markets, full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, and working with marketing and leadership on employer branding. The position is full-time and permanent, hybrid (remote and office), Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm.

• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans for local and international markets based on current and future needs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
• Source, engage and hire talent from global markets with an understanding of regional labor laws and market trends
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to promote Quantigo AI as an employer of choice
• Work with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements and advise on talent market availability
• Maintain records and reports in the Applicant Tracking System and analyze metrics to improve recruitment performance
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for critical and frequently hired roles
• Champion diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiters, job boards and global talent platforms

যোগ্যতা

• 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially in tech, AI or outsourcing sectors
• Experience hiring across local and international markets
• Strong knowledge of global sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, global job boards)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (such as Greenhouse or Lever)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field (Master's is a plus)
• Experience hiring for AI/ML, data annotation or tech-driven service companies is preferred
