Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead hotel operations, drive business performance and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with commercial acumen, ensuring the highest standards of service while maximising profitability and developing the team.

• Lead hotel operations and deliver luxury guest experiences
• Drive revenue growth, GOP improvement, profitability and business performance
• Maintain luxury operating standards, LQA standards and brand compliance
• Develop the team, engage colleagues and plan succession
• Handle strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management
• Manage operational challenges and drive continuous improvement

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 5-8 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort
• Proven track record in revenue growth, GOP improvement, profitability and business performance
• Strong expertise in luxury operations, LQA standards, brand compliance and guest experience
• Excellent leadership skills in team development, engagement and succession planning
• Strong commercial acumen in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management
• Previous experience in the Middle East luxury hospitality market, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC region
• Strong knowledge of international luxury hospitality practices and recognized hotel quality standards
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• A Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
