Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, set on an exclusive island in the heart of Manama, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented In-Room Dining Supervisor. The role oversees the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences, and runs the department in the manager's absence.

Four Seasons is looking for someone who can delight guests by supervising in-room dining through a detailed, guest-focused perspective: receiving guest requests, communicating directly with the team and acting on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation are essential to the role.

দায়িত্ব

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining department in the absence of the Manager
• Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for guest rooms and suites
• Answer the telephone with courteous, efficient etiquette and take guest in-room dining orders
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen
• Coordinate and deliver orders according to Four Seasons standards
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries, anticipate needs and respond urgently to guest concerns

যোগ্যতা

• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel
• Technical education in hospitality management or service methods is preferred
• Guest-focused, detail-oriented approach with strong intuition and articulation
