Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra-luxury resort of private pool villas, is hiring an F&B Captain for In-Villa Dining. The captain leads and supervises the in-villa dining team during shifts, serves meals to guests in their villas to departmental standards and takes responsibility for Destination Dining setups.

The role needs 2-3 years of luxury in-room dining experience, at least one year as a supervisor or captain, excellent English and the ability to work outdoors and drive a buggy for deliveries.

• Lead and supervise the In-Villa Dining team during shifts
• Know menu items, ingredients, garnishes and preparation methods in detail
• Greet guests warmly and provide professional, personalised in-villa dining service
• Set up, present and serve meals according to departmental standards
• Respond to guest enquiries and promote upselling opportunities
• Keep trolleys, workstations and equipment clean, hygienic and organised
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times
• Handle collection and breakdown of used dishes, trays and trolleys
• Report guest feedback, complaints and irregularities to management
• Support other F&B outlets during busy periods
• Safely drive a buggy for timely delivery and collection of orders
• Take full responsibility for Destination Dining setups
• Train, coach and mentor junior waitstaff and coordinate daily tasks

যোগ্যতা

• 2-3 years of luxury in-room dining experience
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or captain role
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work outdoors
• Professional grooming and guest discretion
