Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra-luxury resort of 78 private pool villas billed as "The Palace of the Secret Garden", is hiring a Restaurant General Manager. The role leads the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, commercial performance and operational excellence.

The Restaurant General Manager oversees daily service, leads and develops the restaurant team, drives revenue and profitability with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership, and keeps food safety, hygiene and compliance standards high. Experience in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient, high-quality service
• Create a warm, personalised and memorable dining experience for every guest
• Maintain luxury hospitality service standards and keep a regular floor presence to engage with guests
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally
• Keep restaurant ambience, presentation, cleanliness and the guest journey consistently maintained
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team and build a culture of teamwork and accountability
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and performance development of team members
• Run regular briefings so the team is aligned on daily operations, promotions and guest expectations
• Drive restaurant revenue, profitability and overall financial performance
• Monitor sales performance, guest spend and operational costs; manage labour costs and productivity
• Support menu engineering, promotions and revenue-generating initiatives within budget targets
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership to maximise business opportunities
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners and report to senior leadership on performance
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, workplace safety and responsible service of alcohol

যোগ্যতা

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant
• Strong knowledge of premium dining operations and luxury guest service standards
• Proven experience managing teams and driving operational performance
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs and revenue targets
• Experience in pre-opening environments is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are beneficial
• Strong leadership, people management, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Commercially driven, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
