As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer at Atlas Copco, your mission is to drive sales growth for the service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies. The role is on-site and covers customers anywhere in Bangladesh, with a salary review every year.

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service and high customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends and give management accurate information on pricing, competitive activities and regional issues
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools
• Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities and quotation status
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes

যোগ্যতা

• Proven technical sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in technical marketing, preferably in the industrial sector, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities
• Valid car driving license
