ASPIRE Executive Academy is looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional to lead its Corporate Business Development & Strategic Partnerships function in Bangladesh. The successful candidate will lead corporate market development, establish strategic institutional relationships, secure customised corporate learning assignments and develop long-term executive education partnerships. Target industries include conglomerates, banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and multinationals, telecommunications, RMG and textiles, and technology and digital financial services.

দায়িত্ব

• Lead corporate business development and revenue generation
• Develop relationships with leading corporate groups and multinational companies
• Engage CEOs, MDs, CHROs, HR Directors and L&D Heads
• Secure customised corporate training and executive development contracts
• Develop annual corporate learning agreements
• Establish partnerships with chambers, industry associations and universities
• Organise executive breakfast meetings, leadership roundtables and corporate events
• Prepare customised corporate proposals and commercial presentations
• Develop corporate account strategies and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Lead and execute ASPIRE's corporate market expansion strategy

যোগ্যতা

• MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HRM, Management or a relevant discipline
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate business development, B2B sales, strategic partnerships or management consulting
• Demonstrated success in securing corporate clients and commercial contracts
• Strong exposure to Bangladesh's corporate business environment
• Strong corporate networking and relationship management
• Excellent business development and negotiation skills
• Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication in English and Bangla
• Self-driven, target-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
