দায়িত্ব

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the front desk, patient reception, registration, and appointment processes.
• Provide accurate information regarding doctors’ appointments, serials, consultation schedules, and services.
• Receive and manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and relevant departments to ensure smooth patient services.
• Make follow-up calls and communicate with patients when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies and service standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree holders will be preferred.
• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic
• Age At least 29 years
• Only Female
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Front Desk, Reception, Hospital, Clinic, or Healthcare organizations will be preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both Bangla and English.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
