OffersBangla is a local offer app for Bangladesh that helps customers discover real discounts, sales and promotions from nearby businesses. Users redeem offers with a simple code, and businesses such as shops, restaurants, salons and online sellers can post offers for free, with 0% commission. The app is launching in Dhaka. This executive answers customers and businesses, brings new merchants on board and works directly with the founder in an early-stage startup.

দায়িত্ব

• Answer customers and businesses on WhatsApp, phone, Facebook and e-mail
• Help new businesses open their shop on OffersBangla and publish their first offers, online, by phone and in person
• Reach out to shops, restaurants, salons and online sellers and bring them on board
• Visit merchants in Uttara and follow up until they are active
• Meet or visit companies for corporate partnerships when needed
• Keep simple records in Google Sheets and share feedback with the team

যোগ্যতা

• Graduate degree (any subject)
• Excellent spoken and written Bangla and good English
• Confident with a smartphone, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Sheets
• Polite, confident and well organised; comfortable meeting business owners
• Customer service, sales or telesales experience is a plus, not a must
• Living in or near Uttara preferred
