Banglalink is hiring a Core Business Application and Service Lead/Specialist Engineer in Dhaka to manage the Sales and Distribution application platforms (TechVan), covering Retailer Apps, SFA, DMS, POS, biometric systems, credit management and partner incentive solutions through their full lifecycle.

• Liaise with Business, Technology, and external vendors to identify, analyze, and implement business application requirements for Sales & Distribution platforms (TechVan).
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Retailer Apps,SFA, DMS, POS, Biometric Systems, Credit Management, and Partner Incentive Solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solution specifications.
• Ensure operational support, availability, and performance of assigned applications as per agreed SLA, KPI, and compliance requirements.
• Review and validate solution designs, technical proposals, project deliverables, and change requests from vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for UAT, rollout, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
• Monitor application health, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage vendor performance, contractual obligations, SLA compliance, and service improvement initiatives.
• Support integration of enterprise applications through APIs, middleware, and digital platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives through automation, mobility, cloud adoption, and platform modernization.
• Ensure compliance with company IT governance, security policies, audit requirements, and change management processes.
• Prepare operational reports, management dashboards, KPI reports, and service review documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve Sales & Distribution operations and user experience.
• Support project planning, risk management, resource coordination, and successful delivery of application enhancement initiatives.

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.
• Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Enterprise Application Management
• Experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and IT Service Management practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, REST API, Web Services, and Microservice Architecture.
• Strong database knowledge including Oracle, PL/SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and database performance optimization.
• Experience with Android application ecosystem and mobile platform support.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, DevOps practices, Git, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerized deployment concepts.
• Understanding of Application Security, IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing vendors, outsourced resources, and third-party solution providers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, IIS, Apache, middleware, and enterprise application integration mechanisms.
