As a Software Engineer (Back-end) at Shohoz, you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining scalable back-end services, RESTful APIs and distributed systems that power customer-facing applications and business platforms. You will work closely with front-end engineers, mobile app developers, QA engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-performance, reliable and secure software.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on back-end experience, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a solid understanding of software architecture, and the ability to build maintainable, scalable systems. Shohoz runs large-scale digital platforms serving millions of users.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and RESTful APIs
• Build reusable, maintainable back-end modules and services using PHP, GoLang and Node.js
• Develop applications with frameworks such as Laravel, Gin and Express.js
• Contribute to designing scalable, reliable and maintainable software architecture
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, production issues and architectural challenges
• Design database schemas that support business requirements
• Integrate relational and NoSQL databases, key-value stores, caching systems and object/blob storage
• Implement secure authentication and authorization, including token-based auth, JWT and role-based access control
• Integrate multiple data sources, third-party services and databases into unified platforms
• Apply security best practices against common web and server-side vulnerabilities
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit and integration testing and coding standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and estimation

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 5+ years of professional back-end software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent (equivalent practical experience may be considered)
• Strong proficiency in at least one of PHP, GoLang or Node.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development and integration
• Solid knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization and indexing
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, Redis and caching
• Strong understanding of JWT, OAuth 2.0 and authorization mechanisms
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns
• Knowledge of application security, including OWASP Top 10, SQL injection, XSS and CSRF
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Linux and web servers
• Understanding of microservices and distributed systems is an advantage
