ReliSource is looking for a passionate individual to assist product owners, product managers and other subject matter professionals in gathering, validating and documenting system information, requirements and needs. The person will evaluate and verify system capabilities, bridging end-users and software developers so that product information is properly disseminated, and will take part in the SDLC under the lead analyst or product owner.

A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness and good communication skills are a must. Senior candidates may be considered for a senior title. দায়িত্ব

• Engage with customers, end-users, product managers and internal subject matter experts to understand key requirements and workflows
• Provide creative solutions to business requirements and translate them into easy-to-understand system requirements
• Create detailed use cases supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with development, test, regulatory, product and business teams in an agile environment through development, testing and release
• Support cross-functional activities needed for product release
• Review, prioritize, comment on and follow up product defects
• Develop technical proposals and documentation such as white papers and case studies based on R&D

যোগ্যতা

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent from a reputed university
• MBA is very much desired but not mandatory
• 2 years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager in IT, or 2-4 years in a software engineering lead role such as SQA/Test Lead; freshers are also encouraged
• Experience with international clients in Agile methodology is an added advantage
• Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent business communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience with a requirement management tool is an advantage
