দায়িত্ব

• Make outbound calls to US-based customers according to campaign requirements and approved calling scripts.
• Communicate confidently and professionally in fluent English with a clear, engaging, and persuasive approach.
• Explain service benefits and value propositions effectively to generate customer interest and encourage engagement.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, handle objections, and maintain positive conversations with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Quality Control (QC), and Operations teams to improve communication quality and campaign performance.

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum HSC/A-Level or equivalent.
• Age At most 28 years
• Only Male
• Excellent spoken English, listening, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in communicating with US-based customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM usage.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply; experience in international voice operations will be an advantage.
