It is looking for two motivated Business Development Executives who can help connect with potential clients and grow the business in local and international markets. The role is offered on-site or remote, as full-time or project-based work depending on the role and the candidate's availability. • Identify and reach out to potential clients in Bangladesh and international markets
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media and other channels
• Communicate with prospects and understand their business needs
• Present the company's IT services and prepare proposals for potential clients
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements
• Keep regular updates on leads, client communication and sales progress

যোগ্যতা

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Interest in sales, marketing and business development
• Basic knowledge of websites, software, SEO or digital marketing is an advantage
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients
• Basic English writing and speaking skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented mindset
• Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage; enthusiastic freshers may also apply
