Talent Centric Ltd. is hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a water pump product. The position reports to the National Sales Manager and is based in Cumilla or Khulna. The ASM guides, controls and motivates the sales team, sets sales targets and travel plans, closely monitors about 15 key dealer accounts across the designated area, spends about 80% of the month (20 days) in the market for direct sales monitoring and sales force development, plans after-sales service and builds the dealer and sub-dealer network. দায়িত্ব

• Guide, control and motivate the sales team
• Set sales targets and travel plans and ensure team members follow them
• Monitor closely at least 15 key accounts (dealers) throughout the designated area
• Spend about 80% of the time (20 days) in the market for direct sales monitoring and sales force development
• Plan and ensure after-sales service
• Carry out extensive field visits to prospective customers and consumers
• Develop and update the dealer and sub-dealer network
• Keep close relationships with stakeholders: building developers, star hotels, industries, government and non-government offices (LGED, PWD, REB, universities, Garrison Engineers), plumbers and water pump installers
• Keep and regularly update a database of key plumbers
• Monitor and update competitor activities

যোগ্যতা

• Graduate from any discipline (BBA or EEE preferred) from any university
• Around 5 years of working experience
• Experience in water pump, motors, machinery, electrical parts or the FMCG industry
• Experience in water pumps is an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of handling a sales team (at least 4 people) and dealers
• Clear idea of sales, distribution and credit management
• Excellent communication and reporting ability
