NativeWay Bangladesh delivers turnkey MEP engineering solutions, covering Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing, for factories, commercial buildings and industrial projects across the country. It is looking for a confident and well-spoken Business Development Executive in Dhaka to identify new projects, connect with senior decision makers and open doors for its engineering team.

An engineering background is not required. The role is office-based with client meetings as required, and the employer states it is open to female candidates only. Applicants should include the names of two non-related referees, within 7 working days of the advertisement.

দায়িত্ব

• Research new business opportunities through the internet, business newspapers and industry publications, focusing on new factories and industrial and commercial projects
• Identify project owners and key decision makers and maintain a database of prospects
• Contact decision makers and secure appointments for management and the sales team
• Introduce NativeWay's capabilities to prospective clients
• Coordinate between clients and internal sales and engineering teams on meetings, follow-ups, proposals and documentation
• Maintain the lead pipeline and report progress regularly to management

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Business or Marketing preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate sales or client relations, preferably B2B
• Experience in the engineering, construction or industrial sectors is an added advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Bangla
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong research, organisation and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Open to female candidates only
