TripBooking.ai is looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join its team in Banani, Dhaka as an Operations & Sales Executive. The role is full-time and on-site, with a six-day working week. Salary is BDT 16,000-18,000 (negotiable) with performance-based sales incentives.

দায়িত্ব

• Handle daily sales and operational activities
• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups and quotations
• Coordinate with partner hotels to confirm bookings
• Assist customers throughout the booking process
• Monitor sales performance and maintain CRM updates
• Support promotional campaigns and business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

যোগ্যতা

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good sales, negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality is an advantage; freshers are highly encouraged to apply
• Must have a personal laptop
