Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate product information and offering tailored recommendations, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience that aligns with the organization's objectives. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise
• Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendations as needed
• Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS)
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals
• Manage back store operations
• Practice and promote BRAC's safeguarding policy and follow the safeguarding reporting procedure if any reportable incident takes place

Requirements

• Education: H.S.C
• No prior experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including morning and evening
