QA/QC Executive

Job description

Dhaka Raiment, a buying house in the RMG sector, is hiring two QA/QC Executives for its Quality Control and customer coordination team supporting one of its key global buyers. The role is based in Uttara, Dhaka and centres on audits across production units, buyer SOP compliance and inspection reporting. Candidates need 1-3 years of QA/QC experience in the garment industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits and quality audits across production units
• Monitor UNIQLO SOP and quality standards across production units
• Support Corrective Action Plan (CAP) documentation and follow-up
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and other teams to maintain buyer quality standards
• Prepare inspection reports and audit documentation
• Assist customers during floor visits and follow up on their findings

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC within the RMG/garment industry
• Working knowledge of AQL, inline inspection and quality documentation processes
• Experience with buyer quality and SOP standards (UNIQLO experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
