Vista Consultants BD is hiring 3 full-time IoT Engineers based in Rajshahi. The engineers design, develop and maintain IoT-based embedded systems, from firmware and sensor integration to cloud dashboards and field deployment. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience. Application deadline: 5 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain IoT-based embedded systems
• Develop firmware using ESP32, ESP8266, Arduino, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms
• Interface and integrate sensors, load cells, RFID, cameras, relays, motors and other electronic components
• Work with communication technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM/4G, MQTT, HTTP and LoRa (preferred)
• Test, troubleshoot and optimize hardware and firmware
• Integrate IoT devices with cloud platforms and dashboards
• Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams and reports
• Assist in prototype development, installation, testing and field deployment
• Collaborate with software, mechanical and project teams to deliver complete IoT solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, EEE, ECE, ICT, Mechatronics or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IoT, embedded systems, electronics or a relevant field (freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• Experience with ESP32/ESP8266, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors and communication modules is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of C/C++, embedded programming and electronics
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
