Job description
Online Properties Ltd. is hiring a Manager (Architect) (Dhaka). See the responsibilities and requirements below for what the employer is looking for.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural, finishing, working, and coordination drawings for building exteriors.
- Develop high-quality 3D conceptual models,
- Prepare architectural plans and designs independently for building construction.
- Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, elevations, and interior details.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
- Age At least 32 years
- Only Male
- 2D & 3D visualization & software skill
- Skill in 3D MAX, Sketch up, D5, Lumion, 3D Rendering, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related software.
- Must have knowledge on RAJUK Rules, FAR, BNBC
- Should have IAB MEBBERSHIP NO.
- Should have experience on Real estate company
- Should have capacity of large volume project.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate / Residential & Commercial space, Architectural firm.
- Key initiative planning and execution
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Strategic Thinking & creative development
- Strong imagination and ability to think & create in three dimensions
