Product Marketing Manager

Job description

Scale AI is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for its Global Public Sector team in Doha, Qatar. The role sits at the intersection of product marketing, content production and regional growth strategy, driving the socialization and amplification of Scale's government partnerships across Qatar and the GCC.

You will act as a bridge between Scale and government entities, turning complex AI projects into high-visibility success stories, and lead the product, customer and brand marketing execution behind the flagship national partnership in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Produce case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, thought leadership, web copy and presentations that turn Scale's technical work into clear narratives
• Work with customer stakeholders to package success stories that show the real-world impact of Scale's technology
• Develop and localize messaging, positioning and collateral for public-sector buyers across the region
• Maintain Scale's brand voice and visual consistency across every touchpoint
• Drive the materials and copy behind new solutions, offerings and campaigns
• Support go-to-market in new markets with content, enablement and campaign execution
• Partner across sales, product and delivery to keep projects moving and the external voice accurate
• Track content and campaign performance with cross-functional teams
• Work with global communications and customers' PR teams to secure media placements and speaking opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing, preferably in B2G, high-touch enterprise SaaS or consulting
• Experience navigating government agencies and the polished communication style they require
• Strong storytelling instincts and content production skills
