Paymaster

Job description

The Paymaster is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role plays a critical part in supporting payroll operations and delivering exceptional internal service to employees across the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, allowances, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and payroll procedures
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially
• Support audits and ensure payroll documentation is maintained accurately
• Use payroll and HR systems to ensure data integrity and efficient processing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a payroll, paymaster, finance, or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of Bayan and OnTrack systems is highly preferred
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
