Part-Time Lecturer in Structural and Transportation Engineering

Job description

Kingdom University (KU) is a licensed and accredited private university in the Kingdom of Bahrain, located at its Riffa campus. The College of Engineering and Design is recruiting a part-time Lecturer / Assistant or Associate Professor in Structural Engineering / Transportation Engineering. Recruitment of part-time faculty is conducted before each academic semester depending on the needs of the University.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses related to Structural / Transportation Engineering.
• Use innovative teaching and learning methods during class delivery.

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Structural Engineering / Transportation Engineering.
• English language fluency.
• Academic and industrial experience is required.
• Capable of using engineering software, where applicable.
• Familiarity with and ability to teach undergraduate courses related to the field.
• Experience teaching at the higher education level is an advantage.
