Job description

: Wahab Toyuba Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled, experienced, and responsible Medical Technologist (X-Ray) to join its healthcare team. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing X-ray examinations, maintaining imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the delivery of quality diagnostic services.*Job Responsibilities:*

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations according to physicians’ requests and established procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures to ensure their cooperation and comfort.
• Operate X-ray machines and related imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and produce clear, diagnostic-quality radiographic images.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and use appropriate radiation protection measures for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection prevention standards in the X-ray department.
• Monitor equipment performance and report technical faults or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records, examination logs, and relevant diagnostic documentation.
• Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable radiation safety requirements, hospital policies, and professional standards.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the hospital management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Medical Technology in (X-ray)
• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Male
• Strong technical knowledge of X-ray procedures and radiographic techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patients professionally, compassionately, and respectfully.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Professional integrity, punctuality, and a responsible attitude toward assigned duties.Workplace Requirements:
