Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Market and sell Peters surgical suture, Ultrasonic energy device, Diabetes Meter to hospitals, nursing homes, and institutional clients.
• Territory Management: Own revenue targets, route planning, and sales growth across an assigned geographic territory (e.g., specific cities, states, or regional hubs).
• Customer Relationship Building: Engage with surgeons, operation theatre (OT) staff, procurement heads, and key medical opinion leaders to build brand preference.
• Clinical & Technical Support: Provide product knowledge, attend surgeries or hospital demonstrations when required, and educate clinical teams on needle-suture performance and absorption profiles.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual primary and secondary sales quotas while managing distributor networks.

Requirements

• Masters
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• BSc/MSc with Biological Science
• 1 to 2 years
• Age 23 to 30 years
• Only Male
• 1-2 years professional experience on medical devices or pharmaceuticals sectors in Hospital, Research Organization, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic etc.
• Willing to work anywhere in the country as required by the organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English
• Valid driving license essential

• Age must be below 30 years.
