Uniflex Limited is a housing development and land investment company in Dhaka offering legally verified land and housing investment solutions (office: Farest Tower, 35 Topkhana Road, Dhaka 1000). It is hiring motivated, target-oriented Marketing Officers to expand its real estate business through land and plot sales. Employment type: commission-based, freelance or on-site, field-based as applicable. There is no fixed monthly salary; earnings are entirely commission-based at BDT 100,000 per Katha sold, with no fixed earning limit. Responsibilities

• Promote and market available land plots to potential buyers
• Generate leads through personal networks, social media, referrals, and field marketing
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements
• Arrange site visits and explain plot details, pricing, location, and payment options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers
• Follow up with leads and support clients throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the company team to facilitate successful plot sales

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client handling and networking
• Interest in real estate, property sales, and business development
• Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a focus on results
