Intern - Business Development & Research

Job description

Akij Venture Group is hiring one Intern for Business Development & Research in the AFBL Product Development unit on a contractual basis. The role runs blind tests, market surveys and field research in and outside Dhaka. Applicants must have completed all academic courses except the internship program, with a minimum CGPA of 3.30 out of 4.00 and age between 22 and 24.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-house and outdoor blind tests
• Perform qualitative and quantitative market surveys
• Arrange and coordinate survey respondents
• Conduct field visits for research and activity evaluation
• Perform data entry and analysis using SPSS
• Assist with competition-based programs
• Support Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and dispatch studies
• Conduct research and surveys in Dhaka and outside Dhaka

Requirements

• Graduate from any reputed public or private university with minimum CGPA 3.30 out of 4.00
• Must have completed all academic courses except the internship program
• Age limit: 22-24 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SPSS
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for field research
