HVAC Supervisor

Job description

Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara is looking for an HVAC Supervisor responsible for supervising the operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC systems and equipment throughout the resort, ensuring guest comfort, operational efficiency, safety and compliance with hotel standards. Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a global luxury hotel and resort brand founded in Thailand in 2001.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of HVAC technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and air-conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and resolve HVAC-related complaints and breakdowns promptly
• Maintain comfortable temperatures and proper ventilation in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities
• Monitor equipment performance and energy consumption to improve efficiency and control costs
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental requirements and hotel operating standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and equipment inspection reports
• Coordinate with other hotel departments, contractors and suppliers

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration or a related technical field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HVAC experience, preferably in a hotel or resort
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, safety procedures and energy conservation
