The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is hiring a Guest Experience Expert for Guest Relations in its Kids Club. Guest Experience Experts do more than process check-in and check-out: they take the initiative to guide guests through their entire stay and create memorable, unique experiences.

The role covers handling operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports and sharing the highlights of the local area, while following company policies and keeping quality standards and personal presentation high.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests
• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and keep uniform, appearance and communication professional
• Stand, walk and move around for extended periods and take a hands-on approach to the work

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
