Front-end Developer

Job description

Quantigo AI, a data annotation and AI training data company, is hiring a Front-end Developer to own the front-end development lifecycle, rapidly building and iterating on user-facing features and turning UI/UX concepts into responsive, performant code. The role works closely with designers, product managers and backend engineers. The job is on-site in Uttara Sector 3, Dhaka, Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Write clean, reusable and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code
• Translate UI/UX designs into code using Tailwind CSS, Material UI or Bootstrap
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ship features quickly
• Ensure application performance, security and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience building applications with React.js and Next.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS
• Hands-on experience with Next.js features (SSR, SSG, API Routes)
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Context API)
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and npm/yarn
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
