Responsibilities

• Prepare biological samples and perform analytical testing across major laboratory departments, including hematology, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, urinalysis, and blood banking.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex laboratory equipment and automated analyzers to ensure precise test results.

Requirements

• BSc/Diploma in Medical Technology from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 5 years
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of practical experience in the particular department in a leading Diagnostic/Corporate Hospital.
• General Lab/ Microbiology/Hematology/Clinical Pathology.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Ethical Practice: A strict commitment to patient-first, evidence-based diagnostics, free from unnecessary commercial targets or unethical practice pressures.

Benefits

• Salary: 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
