Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical consultations, detailed physical evaluations, and primary management for complex gynecological conditions and obstetric cases.
• Provide dedicated antenatal screening, monitor high-risk pregnancies, offer fetal well-being assessments, and manage postnatal recovery workflows to ensure maternal and neonatal safety.
• Maintain smooth communication with referring physicians and seamlessly coordinate with diagnostic departments (Radiology/Pathology) for rapid, accurate clinical investigations.

Requirements

• BMDC-recognized postgraduate degree (DGO/MCPS in Gynecology & Obstetrics or equivalent); higher postgraduate degrees (MD/FCPS) will be given significant weightage.
• Professional certificate course or specialized training in Infertility Management will be highly valued.
• Advanced clinical acumen and diagnostic expertise in managing complex Gynecological and Obstetrical cases in OPD/chamber settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing specialized electronic medical record (EMR) software or prescription generation tools to issue accurate, clean, computer-generated prescriptions.
• Strong understanding of local healthcare business dynamics, with excellent doctor–patient relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
• Female candidates will be given preference.
• Candidates must provide two doctor references with valid BMDC registration, including one faculty member or senior doctor from their own medical college and one professional supervisor from a current or previous employment or training placement.
