Clinical Consultant, Acute Care Informatics (META)

Job description

Philips is hiring a Clinical Consultant for Acute Care Informatics (ACI) in Riyadh. You will drive growth of ACI solutions in the META region by helping prospective customers realise the value of the solutions with deep product expertise throughout the sales cycle, and by translating ACI business strategy into the field through account owners and channel partners.

The role needs a passion for educating and building relationships with customers and a relentless focus on delivering results. Field roles are most effectively done at customer or supplier locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support Sales Specialists to win Acute Care Informatics opportunities
• Deliver product demonstrations and support in-depth conversations that show the value proposition
• Advise customers on the optimal product configuration for their needs
• Partner with non-ACI sellers on co-selling opportunities across the Philips enterprise portfolio
• Educate channel partners and non-specialist sellers on the core value proposition
• Run training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on Philips applications and clinical best practice
• Optimize clinical workflows and operational efficiency through advanced use of the applications
• Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to deploy sales initiatives in the field
• Support the order funnel and maintain seller best practice, including Salesforce hygiene for reporting and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• Nursing background in acute environments such as ICU, ED or OT
• Knowledge of clinical decision support tools, ICU protocols, bundles and scores
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient monitoring
• Familiarity with ICU data aggregation, administrative dashboards, reporting and device integration platforms
• Prior Healthcare IT experience providing clinical and technical expertise to customers during the sales process
• Experience supporting a software sales funnel and a track record of building relationships with key decision makers, including the C-suite
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and willingness to travel
• Preferred certification: Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP)
