Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team within an assigned area.
- Ensure SKU availability at target outlets according to company guidelines.
- Track individual and team performance against targets and take corrective action when necessary.
- Submit regular sales performance reports to the supervisor.
- Monitor sales and channel-team activities and individual performance.
- Collect and review feedback from customers, retailers, and distributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories, Mobile Industry
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
