BURO Bangladesh is looking for a creative, concept-driven and technically skilled Visualizer to join its Media and Communications team. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling abilities, creative thinking and expertise in developing engaging visual content for digital and print communication. The post is permanent and based at the BURO Bangladesh head office, with frequent field visits across Bangladesh. দায়িত্ব

• Conceptualize and develop compelling visual ideas for campaigns, publications, digital media and organizational branding
• Translate creative briefs and key messages into engaging visual narratives aligned with communication objectives
• Develop sketches, illustrations, moodboards and visual references to establish creative direction
• Design high-quality digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging
• Develop motion graphics, animations and dynamic visual content for digital storytelling
• Collaborate with strategic planners and project coordinators on campaign concepts, creative approaches and visual storytelling
• Maintain visual quality, brand consistency and creative coherence across communication materials
• Oversee creative projects from initial concept development to final production

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in visual design, branding, visual communication or digital communication
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, visual storytelling and digital and print design expertise
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
• Strong expertise in digital and print design, including advertisements, brochures, annual reports and calendars
• Proficiency in generative AI tools and prompt engineering for creative ideation, image and video generation
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition and visual hierarchy
• Artistic skills in sketching, illustration and moodboard development
• Sound knowledge of branding and professional print-production processes
• Motion graphics and animation skills, and knowledge of cinematography, camera operation and basic photography, are added advantages
