PEPOLTek is an IT company based in Dhaka building a portfolio of SaaS products used across education, HR and enterprise operations, including BIDYATek (a school management platform), an Intelligent HR Solution (a cloud-based HRMS) and an Enterprise ERP suite for supply chain and financial operations. The company is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join its partner's Creative Team, executing high-quality digital assets across e-commerce platforms and marketing channels and ensuring every visual reflects the brand's premium identity, working under the guidance of the Creative Director.

দায়িত্ব

• Design and implement all website visual assets, including homepage banners, promotional banners, landing pages, category headers and campaign graphics
• Create high-performing Meta advertising assets for Facebook and Instagram campaigns in multiple formats and dimensions
• Produce digital creatives for Google Display Network, newsletters and other digital channels
• Adapt campaign key visuals into multiple digital formats while maintaining brand consistency
• Ensure all creative assets meet the brand's premium visual standards and align with campaign objectives
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions and brand initiatives
• Prepare final artwork optimized for web performance and responsive digital platforms
• Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries, and revise artwork based on feedback within deadlines

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital design, preferably within retail, beauty, fashion or e-commerce
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and responsive web design
• Excellent typography, layout and composition skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, website design and campaign execution
• Nice to have: passion for beauty, luxury and premium branding; a creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and current design trends
