Banglalink is hiring a VAS Product Senior Manager in Dhaka to identify revenue opportunities for value added and digital services, lead their development and launch, and monitor post-launch performance across customer segments.

দায়িত্ব

• Identify new VAS and digital services (DS) revenue opportunities and support the development of product strategies, business plans, and annual roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end development and launch of new VAS and digital services, coordinating product development, vendor due diligence, technical integration, UAT, and go-to-market execution.
• Develop business cases and feasibility assessments for new services, including revenue potential, commercial viability, and business impact.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and content providers to execute campaigns, partnerships, and occasion-based promotional initiatives.
• Manage regulatory approvals, legal documentation, and contractual requirements in coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and other relevant teams.
• Develop and maintain subscriber databases, generate portfolio and campaign-wise reports, and ensure accurate and timely submission of performance data.
• Analyze service performance, customer segments, usage patterns, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor post-launch KPIs, including subscribers, usage, and revenue across customer segments, and recommend corrective actions to improve service performance and profitability.
• Optimize existing VAS and digital service portfolios through campaign modifications, competitor benchmarking, customer insights, and emerging market trends.
• Oversee day-to-day VAS and SDP operations, ensuring compliance with BTRC, group, and company policies, adherence to operational standards, and timely delivery of projects within budget.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor degree in Business / Engineering
• 6 to 8 years of total experience, 3 year of relevant experience in VAS/DCB/Digital Product Development in the Telecom Industry is preferred
• Sound understanding and knowledge of the telecommunication, SDP, DCB, VAS and Digital services
• Sound knowledge on product innovation, conceptualization, designing & development
• Sound knowledge on market and consumer insights
• Sound knowledge on Project management
• understanding and knowledge of different development initiatives and new business opportunities
• Sound knowledge on data analysis
• Sound knowledge on customer lifecycle management
• Sound knowledge and understanding of core telecom platforms including SDP platform
