Tezerak is hiring enthusiastic, fast-learning, aspirational freshers for a 3-month internship programme in Dhaka. A full-fledged grooming session is held in the first month, and interns start receiving monetary compensation from the second month. দায়িত্ব

• SEO Writer: create concise, eye-catching headlines and body copy; research and organize facts and sources; build a social media following for the brand; research markets and industries to create innovative content; write for websites, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides and white papers
• Trend Researcher: analyze data to find ways to improve operations; develop and conduct user surveys; analyze competitor data and market trends; create detailed reports and presentations; document data and research procedures; recommend changes based on research findings
• Customer Service Representative: respond promptly to customer inquiries across channels; acknowledge and resolve complaints; know the products; process orders, forms and requests; keep records of customer interactions
• Social Media Moderator: build and execute social media strategy; generate, edit and publish daily content; set up and optimize company pages; moderate user-generated content; create editorial calendars; analyze social data and metrics
• Marketeer: conduct market research on consumer requirements and trends; develop creative campaign ideas; assist inbound and outbound marketing activities; liaise with external vendors for events and campaigns; assist in analyzing marketing data

যোগ্যতা

• Open to enthusiastic, fast-learning freshers
• SEO Writer: excellent grasp of English, strong verbal and written communication, familiarity with keyword placement and SEO, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; Bachelor's in creative writing, journalism, English or a related field preferred
• Trend Researcher: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, IT, management, economics or information science; able to analyze data using tools such as SPSS, SAS and Excel and perform statistical analysis; strong written and verbal communication with technical writing skills
• Customer Service Representative: high school diploma or equivalent; able to stay calm when customers are stressed; comfortable using computers
• Social Media Moderator: working knowledge of social media marketing or digital media; strong writing, editing and communication skills; fluency in English; BS in communications, marketing, business, new media or public relations
• Marketeer: understanding of traditional and digital marketing (SEO, social media) and market research methods; solid computer skills including MS Office and marketing software; BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
