KBR is looking for a Valve Technician II in Rabigh to keep rotating equipment in good condition and carry out installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems to the required standards, working to SATORP standards and guidelines.

The technician allocates work to other technicians, supervises ongoing jobs and coordinates with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments. Candidates need 2-4 years of oil and gas maintenance experience and a diploma or bachelor's degree.

দায়িত্ব

• Allocate maintenance activities to technicians and assemble the team
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update progress to the Foreman
• Organise manpower, equipment and materials availability
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work
• Advise technicians on using the proper tools and equipment
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs
• Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards, safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage
• Encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe conditions and acts, and take part in safety audits
• Attend safety and technical training as scheduled

যোগ্যতা

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in oil & gas maintenance
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of oil & gas facilities
• Well organised and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organisations
• Maturity of judgement under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Ability to achieve results in a multi-cultural environment
