Learner UP IT is hiring Tele Sales Executives for its Tele Sales team. The company is looking for motivated, results-oriented people who can sell by phone and meet monthly admission targets. Experienced sales professionals with a proven target record are especially encouraged to apply, and freshers with the right attitude and potential are welcome too.

The job is full-time at the Shawrapara office, with a 6-month probation period, six working days a week (Sunday is the weekly holiday) and office hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The monthly salary is BDT 15,000, with sales commission based on achieved sales and company policy. Government holidays, weekly holidays and other leave are given according to company policy.

• Make sales calls to prospective customers and follow up with them
• Persuade and negotiate with customers to achieve monthly admission targets
• Handle customers professionally and keep up a positive attitude

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred for experienced candidates; fresh graduates and candidates with strong sales potential can also apply
• 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing or sales and admission is preferred
• Experienced candidates should have a record of achieving at least 80% of assigned sales targets
• Clear and fluent spoken Bengali
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer-handling skills, with confidence in sales calls and follow-ups
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly admission targets
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Basic to good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and email
• Plus: experience hosting or presenting online live sessions, webinars, seminars or workshops
