We are looking for a responsible, organized, and energetic individual to manage our accounts, daily studio operations, customer coordination, and social media presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio & Operations Management

দায়িত্ব

• Supervise daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, productivity, and discipline.
• Coordinate job allocation and service delivery.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained for all detailing services.
• Monitor cleanliness, equipment handling, and overall studio presentation.
• Manage customer appointments, service updates, complaints, and feedback.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure essential products are available.Customer Service & Sales Coordination
• Welcome customers and explain available detailing services.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable PPF, ceramic coating, paint correction, and interior care packages.
• Prepare quotations, service orders, and customer invoices.
• Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
• Support sales growth through professional communication and service recommendations.Social Media & On-Camera Presentation
• Confidently appear in videos, reels, and promotional content for MO’S Detailing.
• Explain detailing services, products, and procedures in a clear and engaging manner.
• Participate in educational videos, service demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the content creation team for filming and social media activities.
• Help build customer trust and strengthen the brand’s online presence.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male
• Candidates with relevant practical experience and strong accounting skills may also apply.Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in accounts, operations, retail, customer service, or studio management is an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Professional attitude, honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about automotive detailing products and services.
