The position will require to be the crucial link between the agency and selected clients, handling all aspects of client service, marketing strategy development and implementation, and flawless execution through events, activations, media, and production campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Relationship Management

দায়িত্ব

• Be the main point of contact for the allocated client account and facilitate smooth communication with clients regularly.
• Understand client’s business objectives, conduct complete briefs, and turn them into an internal brief for internal teams.
• Propose strategies, campaign ideas, budgets, and post-campaign reviews to the clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term and trusted relationships with corporate clients.Marketing Strategy & Campaign Implementation
• Partner with internal strategy, creativity, digital, and activation teams to create an integrated brand communications strategy.
• Work on campaign launches through various media channels such as direct marketing, digital campaigns, trade marketing, PR, and event activation.
• Manage the timing, deliverables, budgeting, and quality control of campaigns from conception to delivery.
• Work with visual production, print, and set-up teams to ensure that client brand materials meet agency standards.Market Research & Business Development
• Explore opportunities and generate leads in the corporate, development, and commercial sectors.
• Perform market research, identify trends, and analyze competitors for the benefit of developing pitch decks and proposals.
• Help in formulating pitch proposals, estimate costs, and prepare commercial presentations for management.

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• At most 3 years
• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good Bangla and English communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to undertake frequent field visits.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Project Management: Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage strict deadlines and high-pressure activation environments.
• Interpersonal Skills: Natural networking ability with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret client needs, analyze campaign metrics, and refine campaign strategies accordingly.
• Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media analytics is a plus.
• Candidates must own a personal motorcycle (bike) with a valid driving license. The agency will reimburse the fuel costs as actual.Mandatory Motorcycle Requirement
• Candidates must own a personal motorcycle (bike).·  A valid motorcycle driving licence is mandatory.
• Must be willing to use their own motorcycle for client visits, field marketing and official assignments in Dhaka and surrounding areas.
• Office will bear the necessary fuel and maintenance costs related to office assignments.
