It is hiring a passionate, proactive Junior PR Executive on a full-time hybrid basis with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset and a strong interest in public relations, media and brand communications. দায়িত্ব

• Assist in developing and executing PR and communication strategies for clients
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets and industry stakeholders
• Draft press releases, media pitches, articles and other communication materials
• Coordinate media coverage, interviews, press conferences and PR events
• Monitor media coverage and prepare campaign performance reports
• Conduct industry research, competitor analysis and media monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver PR campaigns
• Support client communication and day-to-day account management

যোগ্যতা

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, English or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, media or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bangla and English
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of Bangladesh's media landscape and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools
