Camel Tech is a business systemization consultancy, founded in 2024 and operating fully remote from Bangladesh with an 11-person team, serving clients in the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. It turns operational chaos inside real businesses into systemized, scalable operations built for automation and artificial intelligence.

The Solution Architect & Implementation Lead (advertised on LinkedIn as Technical Project Manager) is a client-facing role with less coding and more business context. You talk to business owners, work out why their operations are broken, and design and lead the delivery of the systems, management frameworks and coaching that fix them. Planning and problem solving matter most; the tools just implement the solution. Candidates who are purely coders are told this is not the right role, and the employer asks that only candidates with at least 3 years of experience apply.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm Dhaka time; client calls may run until 11pm, with hours adjusted. Hiring stages: CV review, technical assessment (sent by email), interview, offer (around 15 November 2026), a three-month probation, then permanent employment. • Join sales and project calls as the project lead
• Understand client pain points, workflows and goals
• Keep client communication smooth and proactive
• Plan and design scalable systems with the team before building
• Make sure solutions are practical, easy to adopt and human-centric
• Run multiple projects at once and deliver them to a high standard
• Spot bottlenecks, process gaps and automation opportunities
• Build command centers in ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com or other tools
• Create automations with Zapier, Make, n8n and custom integrations
• Build chatbots, agents and vibe-coded mini apps where they fit
• Test, document and improve systems based on feedback
• Implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System, Getting Things Done or other management frameworks

• Minimum 3 years in client-facing and team-leading roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• A systems thinker who finds root causes, not symptoms
• Strong client management and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and keep people motivated
• A self-starter who can juggle projects without losing context
• A good eye for design and user experience
• Clear, confident spoken and written English
• Calm under pressure and tight deadlines
