Global Softel is hiring a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer for Voice Pro LLC, a U.S.-based software and telecommunications technology company developing AI-powered CRM, CMS and SaaS platforms for mortgage companies, real estate professionals and small businesses. The role is full time and on-site at the Mirpur DOHS office, Dhaka, on a Monday to Friday 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Bangladesh time) night shift, hiring immediately, with a salary of BDT 60,000 to 75,000 per month depending on experience. The engineer deploys, secures, monitors and maintains AWS cloud infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS applications and supports multiple development teams. • Deploy, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Manage Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, Docker and containerized microservices
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, staging and production
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Configure AWS networking, load balancing, DNS, SSL certificates and security groups
• Manage Amazon ECR, application deployments, environment configurations and rollback procedures
• Monitor application performance, server health, logs and infrastructure costs
• Implement IAM permissions, secrets management, access controls and security best practices
• Support database connectivity, backups, disaster recovery and high availability
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking and production issues
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, QA and AI development teams to ensure reliable releases
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with security and compliance readiness

যোগ্যতা

• Hands-on AWS experience: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Route 53, CloudFront, ALB, RDS, ECR, CloudWatch, AWS WAF
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, container networking and deployment
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline
• Working knowledge of Terraform and environment automation
• Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, reverse proxies, SSL/TLS)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Amazon RDS/Aurora, SQS and SNS
• Experience with IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, secrets management, CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana
• Understanding of automated backups, high availability, recovery procedures and RPO/RTO
• Preferred: 5+ years of DevOps/cloud/systems engineering experience, GitOps tools (Argo CD/Flux), Python/Bash scripting
• Must communicate effectively in English with the U.S. management team and work the scheduled night shift on-site
