JLL is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Specialist (Soft Services Consultant) to oversee and manage all cleaning operations for a prestigious facility in Saudi Arabia. The role calls for a quality-focused professional who makes sure service providers deliver exceptional cleaning standards while staying fully compliant with health, safety and environmental regulations.

You will conduct inspections, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement so that facility environments are kept to the highest standard. The role covers multiple locations across the Kingdom.

• Monitor and inspect all cleaning services to ensure service providers meet contractual standards, service frequencies and agreed KPIs
• Conduct regular audits and prepare inspection reports highlighting service quality, non-compliance issues and corrective actions
• Review and verify daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage aligned with FMMA requirements
• Supervise housekeeping staff performance through service provider channels and recommend improvements when necessary
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety and environmental standards, with correct materials and equipment usage
• Oversee specialized cleaning works including façade cleaning, floor polishing, carpet shampooing and deep cleaning activities
• Verify consumables and chemical usage reports to ensure cost-effective consumption without compromising quality
• Review method statements, risk assessments and training records submitted by service providers
• Coordinate with clients, FMMA operations teams and service providers for issue resolution and service enhancements
• Participate in meetings with FMMA teams and client representatives to report on cleaning performance, challenges and improvement plans
• Support sustainability initiatives including waste segregation and recycling programs while complying with all FMMA operational and safety policies

যোগ্যতা

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cleaning operations management
• Experience managing large-scale or high-profile facilities such as government buildings, corporate headquarters or premium commercial properties
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospitality or a related discipline
• BICSc certification (essential); additional FM certifications strongly preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning operations, grooming standards and BICSc methodologies
• Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment, materials and chemical applications
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, safety compliance and environmental regulations
• Excellent inspection, reporting and communication skills
