The Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party (Ansar-VDP) has advertised 228 temporary revenue-sector posts across 16 post types, for direct recruitment of Bangladeshi citizens from all districts. This posting covers Shorthand-Typist cum Computer Operator: 1 vacancy, Grade 13, pay scale Tk. 24,000 - 58,000 (national pay scale 2026). Age 18 to 32 years as on 9 October 2026 (an affidavit is not accepted as proof of age). Applications are accepted online only, through the Ansar-VDP website (ansarvdp.gov.bd, grade 13-20 employee recruitment link) from 9 October 2026 to 29 October 2026. The non-refundable application fee is Tk. 100, paid online through the portal. Candidates get the exam date and admit card instructions by SMS on the mobile number given in the application, and an admit card is mandatory for every exam. Candidates who pass the written test sit only a practical test, and those who pass the practical test attend the viva. No TA/DA is paid for the written, practical or viva test. Government, semi-government and autonomous employees must apply with permission of their authority. The authority may change the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised university
• Computer training
• Shorthand speed of at least 45 words per minute in Bangla and 70 in English
• Pass a computer typing aptitude test of at least 25 words per minute in Bangla and 30 in English
• Proficiency and experience in word processing, e-mail and fax on a computer
• Age 18 to 32 years as on 9 October 2026 (an affidavit is not accepted as proof of age)
• Bangladeshi citizen; apply online only before 29 October 2026
