Aggreko is looking for a Service Manager based in Oman to drive the depot team efficiently and deliver best-in-class service to clients, ensuring maximum availability of equipment that is maintained and serviced in line with Aggreko policies and procedures. The depot supports power, temperature control and ancillary equipment for Oman and, when required, other Middle East regions. Aggreko places strong emphasis on quality, health, safety and environmental protection.

দায়িত্ব

• Manage the depot service team to achieve forecasted goals and manage P&L responsibilities with cost control within published guidelines and authority levels
• Support Oman and other Middle East regions with power, temperature control and ancillary equipment when required
• Lead depot audits and inspections, including CDH, GSCS and PAV, with regular inspections and support
• Drive global operational directives and carry out monthly cost analysis against depot targets and KPIs
• Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct reports, and give technical support to clients and internal teams
• Remain accountable for compliance with Aggreko health, safety and environmental policies and complete all minimum QHSE training

যোগ্যতা

• Previous experience in the rental business at supervisory level
• Higher education qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or equivalent) with extensive knowledge of the mechanical or electrical field, or both
• Valid local driving licence and ability to travel when required
• Fluent spoken and written English with effective communication
• Good keyboard skills and computer literacy for documentation, reporting and analysis
• Able to work on own initiative, quality oriented with attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
